Evolve Athletic offers Personal Training for fitness & health and Strength & Conditioning for Performance & Sport.

Idris, Laur & Mahmut bring knowledge and skills from working as Sport Scientists and Strength & Conditioning Coaches (S&C) in pro sports and Personal Training with some of some London & Turkeys top PT brands and gyms.

Alongside PT and S&C they have complimentary skills in, Sports Massage, Corrective Exercise and End Stage Rehab, Boxing, Calisthenics and Climbing.

Our clients come to us with many reasons for training; from improving general fitness to multi-week solo trekking expeditions in the high Himalayas. Whatever your training goal, we’re here to guide you in that journey.

IDRIS

I’ve been Coaching since 2007 after graduating with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science.

Back then athletic performance was what I was interested in and I went onto work in pro sport as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and as a Sport Scientist.

Over the years Ive worked with professional athletes competing across a number of sports.

Some of the athletes I’ve worked with have had success with the British & Irish Lions, Wales Rugby, Premiership Football, and Bellator MMA.

I’m fascinated by the way we move and what we’re capable of. I feel a sense of awe when I think about our capacity for adaptation and our potential to lean into life.

I believe that our experience of the world is shaped by our ability to move within it, and I also believe that the quality with which we move can have a profound effect on how we experience our experiences.

These ideas are what underpin my approach to living, and my approach to coaching. Moving well gives us freedom.

I’ve learned many lessons from a lifetime in sport, training, and goofing around. I express myself in movement, and it holds a great deal of meaning for me.

Moving along this path has given me so much, not just in terms of fitness and health but in understanding myself. It’s enabled me to do some really cool things, have some of the best times in life, and help me cope with some of the worst…

When someone comes to me for coaching, I hope to inspire them in movement. I want to share my knowledge and experience as a coach and athlete to help people enjoy their bodies, unlock its potential, and use their bodies in ways which is meaningful to them.

LAUR


I am a fully qualified trainer, working with people since 2011.
I help and support people towards their fitness goals.
My own journey started with Boxing. Over the years I have come to understand the best approaches to building strength, endurance and agility as well as looking and feeling great. I work with my clients to design a bespoke programme based on what they would personally like to achieve, while at the same time keeping it fun and enjoyable.

I'm also an experienced cognitive hypnotherapist and master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner. I bring all of these skills together to offer individually tailored programmes for both mind and body.
I have a warm, open and down-to-earth approach and draw from my varied experience and training to find the best way to support you to achieve your goals, whether these relate to physical health, mental wellbeing or both.

MAHMUT

During his primary and high school years, Mahmut focused his training as a runner (sprinter),  wrestler, footballer and rock climber. He then went on to Study for his Bachelor degree in Sports Science before starting his professional career in 2007 as a Swimming Coach and Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Since then he’s enjoyed working with some amazing people, including coaching children, adults, and athletes in many sports and backgrounds.

He believes in the importance of a holistic approach, backed by a scientifically supported action plan.

Over the years he’s focused his expertise on areas such as technical and tactical training for strength and endurance, sport massage, recovery, and rehabilitation post injury, and he continues to learn, adding new training methods to his skill set.

The happiness of contributing to his clients development, and making change happen is his greatest motivation.
