Evolve Athletic is a gym designed around General Physical Preparation. We build the Strength, Conditioning, and freedom of Movement, that gives you confidence in your baseline fitness, so you can step into whatever physical endeavour you choose to pursue — a weekend hike, a ski tour, a bouldering project, a surf trip, your first race…
We deliver attentive coaching, programmed sessions, and capped class sizes, as well as the freedom to follow your own path in our Open Gym sessions, with a Coach on hand if you want one.
Most members mix them…a few classes a week, open gym sessions in between and PT when you want a focused push.
