A six-week programme designed for people new to barbell training. By the end, you'll know how to squat, deadlift, and press with proper technique, you'll understand how to programme for yourself, and you'll have a structure to take into Open Gym or class with confidence. No more avoiding the rack.
Workshops run as intakes rather than rolling sign-ups. We open registration when an intake is forming, then run six focused weeks together.
