About Sangita

19 years of clinical experience, three countries.

Sangita is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with international experience treating diverse patient populations across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.

She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine, and has worked in both private practice and with sports teams. Her approach focuses on building strength for lasting relief, tailoring care to each patient's unique goals.

She's passionate about helping people regain the ability to lift weights, run, dance, and move without pain or limitation. Alongside her musculoskeletal practice, Sangita specialises in Women's Health physiotherapy — empowering women at every stage of life, from pregnancy through perimenopause and beyond.

Comprehensive assessment, medical history discussion, and clear treatment goals. Typically 45-60 minutes for a first session.
